We are an accounting and ERP services company. That means confidentiality is not a feature of our work, it's the baseline. This page explains what you share with us through this site, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect
Contact details you send us
Name, company, phone, email and city — only from the forms on this site, email or WhatsApp messages you choose to send.
Documents you share during an engagement
Invoices, statements and records you provide so we can do the work. These stay within the engagement and are handled as confidential.
Browsing information
Standard web-server logs like IP address and pages visited. We use these to keep the site working; we don't use advertising trackers on this site.
2. What we do with it
To reply to you
Your enquiries go to the relevant team member. We don't sell or rent contact details to anyone.
To do the work
Financial records you share are used only for the service you engaged us for, and are not used for marketing.
WhatsApp note
Forms on this site open a pre-filled WhatsApp message on your own device. We see only what you choose to send.
3. Sharing and retention
Who sees your data
Staff working on your engagement, and your CA or auditor where you ask us to hand over a ledger. No one else.
How long we keep it
Contact details are kept until a project is done or you ask us to remove them. Records tied to compliance work are kept as long as the law requires.
Deletion
Write to us and we'll remove contact details where there's no legal or contractual reason to keep them.
