"Our process doesn't look like the standard screen"
Job work challans, dealer pricing, rate contracts — Gujarat businesses have ways of working that standard screens don't mirror. We reshape the screens to match the work.

We build custom modules, workflows and reports only where standard Odoo genuinely doesn't fit your industry. Everything else stays standard, so your system is easier to run and cheaper to upgrade.
We'll tell you honestly when the standard feature is good enough.
Job work challans, dealer pricing, rate contracts — Gujarat businesses have ways of working that standard screens don't mirror. We reshape the screens to match the work.
Standard reports print what they print. When the owner or auditor needs a specific layout, we build it and keep it updated.
A payment above a limit, a discount outside policy, a dispatch without a challan. We add approvals and validations that stop mistakes before they post.
One screen-share or a WhatsApp note about what doesn't work today. We'll ask the three or four questions that matter.
We check whether a standard feature or a small configuration already does it. If it does, we say so and stop there.
What will be built, what it will look like, what it costs, and what it won't do. Fixed before work starts.
Built in a test environment and tried on copies of your real data, approved by you before it goes anywhere near production.
Deployed to live at a quiet time, with your team shown how to use it on their actual work.
What we built is documented so a future upgrade doesn't trip over it, and it's covered by our support.
Custom code is a commitment, not a badge. Before agreeing to anything we check the obvious alternatives, because a customization you don't maintain becomes next year's migration problem.
Odoo's standard apps cover a lot of ground — multi-company, batch and expiry, job costing, and Indian GST localization among them. Most "can you build X?" requests turn out to be a setting, or a feature in the version you're not on yet. We check those before writing code.
An approval rule your industry regulator expects, a report your bank insists on, a workflow that IS your business — those earn their maintenance. We build them cleanly, document them, and look after them in later upgrades. That part is the difference between a customization and a liability.
Something else? WhatsApp us and a developer will reply.
Usually not at first. We configure standard Odoo first and customize only where your process genuinely doesn't fit, because every customization costs you something to maintain.
Custom code has to be checked against the new version, and refactoring it is our job when you upgrade. That's normal maintenance, not a catastrophe.
Yes. Most requests are reports the standard tools can't print, or a dashboard that answers one specific question. We usually deliver these quickly.
We write down what will be built before we start, and we'll tell you up front when a standard configuration already does the job. You approve the scope, then we build.
One screen-share is enough for us to tell you whether it's a setting, a standard feature, or something worth building.
