ConfidoAi is a small firm founded in 2023 by people who spent years on two sides of the same table — building and fixing ERP systems on one side, closing out accounts on the other. We started it because the two kept getting done by different people who didn't talk to each other.

How we started
Every year on the shop floor, the same two conversations.
Before the company existed, we kept hearing two things from manufacturers and traders around Gujarat.
"The software doesn't do what we need."
Usually it meant the software was set up badly six months earlier, and whatever partner installed it had moved on. Nobody stayed to run it, so the business quietly went back to Excel.
"We'll sort the accounts at year end."
Which meant nobody knew the real numbers in June. Stock was a mystery, debtors were a surprise, and the March scramble was treated as part of the business calendar.
We started ConfidoAi to answer both in one breath: set the system up properly, then keep it running and keep the books in it — month after month, by the same people who set it up. That hasn't changed since 2023.

Standard Odoo handles more than people expect. We make it fit before anyone writes custom code.
Books and GST that run in the same system
Bookkeeping you can read
Entries, bank reconciliation and monthly closing, done in your Odoo, with a report pack and a call each month.
GST prepared from the same data
Returns are prepared from the books we keep, and filed by an enrolled GST practitioner after you approve.
And the honest boundaries
Audits and certification stay with your CA. Representation before authorities goes to the professionals who are authorised for it. We hand everyone a clean ledger to work from.
