Your accounts, kept clean every month, not just explained in April.

For SMEs where the owner ends up doing the entries, or the accountant is buried. We update your books through the month, reconcile the bank, and hand you a report pack you can read.

Bookkeeping runs on Odoo. On Tally or another package? We migrate you in first.

Problems we solve

Where bookkeeping usually goes wrong.

"We find out about problems at year-end"

Entries get done late, reconciliations pile up, and by the time anyone looks, the numbers are a mystery. We keep the books current so nothing waits nine months to surface.

"The accountant types from our exports"

Someone exports from the ERP, someone re-enters it, and the two never quite agree. When we do both, the ledger is built from the same records that run the business.

"No one can tell me what customers owe"

If you can't see an accurate receivables list this week, you're collecting late. We keep debtor ageing current so chasing is based on real numbers.

The monthly rhythm

How the month runs.

  1. 1

    Documents come in

Invoices, vouchers and bank statements, mostly from the same sources every month. We tell you exactly what to send and when.

  2. 2

    We post and reconcile

Entries go in, bank and cash are matched against statements, and mismatches are raised with you, not papered over.

  3. 3

    Month-end close

Accruals where they matter, receivables and payables reviewed, and the books closed cleanly.

  4. 4

    Report pack and call

P&L, receivables ageing, cash view and a GST summary, walked through in a short review call.

What's included

What you get, and what we choose not to do.

Bookkeeping

Daily entries

Sales, purchases, expenses and payments posted into your Odoo as they happen.

Bank and cash reconciliation

Every movement matched to a statement, so the balance you see is the balance that's real.

Receivables and payables

Customer and vendor balances tracked, so ageing is current and overdues get chased on time.

Purchase matching

Purchases checked against GSTR-2B so input tax credit doesn't leak.

Around the edges

Monthly report pack

P&L, balance sheet draft, receivables ageing and a cash view, in plain language.

Review call

A short monthly call where you can ask what the numbers mean for decisions.

What we don't do

We keep books and prepare returns; statutory audits and certification are done by your CA, and we hand over a clean ledger for them.

FAQ

Bookkeeping questions we get asked.

Something else? WhatsApp us and a member of the team will reply.

Do I need Odoo to use your bookkeeping service?

Yes. Our bookkeeping runs on Odoo. If you're on Tally, Zoho or another package today, we migrate your records into Odoo first, and then keep the books there, month after month.

What documents do you need from us each month?

Invoices, purchase vouchers and bank statements. After the first month, most of it comes from the same sources, so the monthly ask stays small.

Is our financial data secure?

Yes. We keep your data confidential, restrict access to the staff who work on it, and work under an engagement letter that sets out how it's handled.

Can you prepare our GST returns from these books?

Yes. Return preparation is a separate service built on these books, and filing is done by an enrolled GST practitioner after you approve.

Bring a messy set of books, leave with a plan.

We'll look at where your accounts stand now, tell you what's urgent, and quote the catch-up and the monthly routine separately.
